If a customer contacts us through an Airform form, email, phone, or another contact channel, we process the information provided by the customer according to the content of that enquiry.
If a customer sends photos, PDF files, DWG files, or other attachments, those files and the related delivery data may also be stored to carry out the service, for documentation, and for handling possible complaints or warranty matters.
3. Purpose of processing
Data is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, plan work, carry out work, manage customer relationships, handle invoicing, deal with possible complaints, and manage warranty matters. Data is not used for third-party marketing and is not sold to outside parties.
4. Processors and disclosures
Data is not processed by external marketing parties. However, it may be handled by parties that need access in order to carry out work, invoicing, legal obligations, or technical delivery. These may include, for example:

This may also include photos taken before work begins and other work-related information if needed for documentation, complaints handling, or assessment of warranty validity.
Data related to invoicing, contracts and accounting may be retained for as long as required by applicable law.
7. Your rights
The data subject has the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by contacting us by email at info@skatto.fi. However, a deletion request may not always be possible immediately if the data is needed for unfinished work, warranty-related matters, complaint handling, or compliance with legal obligations.
