Thorough preparation
Washing, preparation and any necessary repairs are completed before the surface treatment. The method is chosen to suit the roof material and its condition.

How we work
Every job starts with a proper roof inspection.
Roof and solar work, planned together
We can take care of your roof and solar panels together or as separate jobs. We agree the exact work with you before we begin.
A warranty suited to the work
Our solar installations come with a five-year installation warranty. Roof coating warranties range from two to five years depending on the roof condition. The exact terms are included in the quote.
The founder's background
Hands-on experience from real job sites.
The construction industry became familiar at the age of 15 through summer work with his father. Over the years, that experience grew through renovations, roofing and spray painting.
The first solar system was installed in 2019, after which the work increasingly focused on solar panels. Experience with both roofs and solar installations helps us recognise what should be done to the roof before the panels are fitted.
The construction business began in 2023. Sun-Laatukatto Oy was established in 2025 to bring roofing services and solar panel installation under one company.
